I just wanted to do this.
One morning I looked at an empty beer bottle and thought about the nights I had experienced with a glass bottle in my hand. The emotions, the sounds, the smells, the tears, the laughter, the essence of the night.
I wanted to capture that feeling but within colors and texture.
The bottle also just feels really amazing to touch.

This piece was created as a gift to my youngest sibling. It was meant to give the illusion of tearing through the wall of our home, wherever it was hung. It symbolized freedom, intended for both of us.

These flowers were created using recycled glass bottles and liquid cement. Some of the petals have gold accents which create a striking visual in natural light.
Each petal was specifically chosen and placed by the artist, using liquid cement to ensure security.
